Sales taxes are extra. Pool Heating $20 per night (not included in the above rates). Minimum booking 5 days. Check in time is anytime after 4.00 p.m. Check out time is anytime before 10.00 a.m

Payment

A non refundable deposit ($250 or 20%-whichever is greater) is required to secure your reservation. The balance will be required 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. Registration form and security deposit authorization document require completion, before reservation is fully confirmed. If paying by credit card, a photo ID of the card holder and a copy of the credit card being used must accompany the registration form. We accept Visa, Master Card, and Discovery.

Cancellation Policy

Any changes or cancellations must be in writing, once received you will be issued a cancellation number. If a cancellation request is received within six weeks of arrival, the full balance will only be refunded if a replacement booking is found and up to the value of the replacement booking.

Check In/Out

Check in time is no earlier than 4pm and check out time is no later than 10am. Late departures will be charged at $25.00 per hour. Any variations to these times must be agreed in advance with the Management Company.

Pool Heating

Pool heating is not guaranteed as weather conditions can affect the performance of the electric pool heaters. These work on a heat exchange system pulling the warmth from the air and cannot operate efficiently if the outside temperatures are below 55 degrees. The pool temperature is set to reach a maximum of 86 degrees, in compliance with State Licensing regulations, spas and hot tubs are set to reach a maximum of 102 degrees; If the outside atmospheric temperatures prohibit the pools from achieving their targets within 24 hours of your arrival you may call to have the pool heating turned off and a refund on the pool heating will be processed
